Beyond The Book is working with a leading integrated marketing agency in Birmingham as they begin the search for a Digital Account Manager to join the team. This role would suit someone who comes from an agency background, loves to be client-facing, has some experience working with digital projects and has hands-on experience in paid social and search. This role would suit an experienced Digital Account Manager looking for a fresh challenge OR a Senior Digital Account Manager. This is a full-time permanent role with a salary of £34k - £38k DOE. You will have experience in paid social, PPC, email and CRM.

The Role
As Digital Account Manager you will be working with a strong team, working with other Digital Account Managers and learning from the Digital Account Directors to ensure you continue to grow in your career. You will be working with a portfolio of clients, being client-facing and hands-on in delivering campaigns across paid social media and search. You will be planning campaigns, doing the do and reporting back to clients on campaign performance. You will also be managing a small team of 2.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:
Previous agency experience working on a range of digital projects including paid social and SEO (hands-on and also project management)
A passion for working with clients and enjoy managing time frames and deadlines
Either a Digital Account Manager looking for a fresh challenge OR a Senior Digital Account Manager looking for the next step
Experience in managing paid social media campaigns and PPC implementation
Understanding of CRM and email marketing
Either experience in, or a passion for managing a small team of 2
Looking to join an agency where you can continue to grow and develop
This role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days onsite in Birmingham, however, you can go in every day if you want.
