Performance Account Manager

Our client is a digital performance agency with service offerings across digital media, performance, creative, tech and more. With offices across the UK, including London and Scotland, they have won numerous industry awards and partner with top brands. They work across a variety of sectors such as health, pharma, e-commerce, sports, and leisure, pharmaceutical, property and tourism.

They are currently on the lookout for a Performance Account Manager to join their vibrant Manchester team. This role is at the heart of the agency and acts as the main point of contact for clients. They are looking for a self-starter to report to the Associate Director and support on a key client account. If you understand digital including PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic, this could be the role for you.

Performance Account Manager responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets for client campaigns.
  • Mentor junior client services team members.
  • Attend regular client facing meetings and present on key metrics.
  • Develop new strategies for clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.

Key skills needed for the Performance Account Manager role:

  • Strong level of media knowledge (online and offline).
  • Understanding of industry trends for media planning e.g. Digital OOH.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager.
