We have an excellent opportunity for an Digital Account Manager to join our growing team in London.You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager and Account Director to implement and execute Digital Media campaigns across a whole spectrum of channels (e.g., Search, Social, Programmatic Display, Video etc.)!We’re looking for someone with strong planning and buying experience across Paid Search, Paid Social and/or Programmatic Display or Video. We strongly believe in promoting from within the business – there’s great progression opportunities with us and you get to work with leading UK and international brands and businesses.How you’ll make an impactYou will come in and hit the ground running – working closely with your team and Sr. Account Manager to plan, implement and execute Digital Media strategy and tactics across your clients, creating insight driven media campaigns to give our clients an unfair competitive advantage!What will be the main focus of the role?Build and execute cross-channel digital media plans, being able to utilise digital planning and research tools and client data to provide rationale.Ensure targets and projected forecast spend/volume is being met (responsible for delivery against plan for all paid online channels).Negotiate pricing and discuss performance with relevant suppliers that make up the plan.Be the point-person for optimisations across all channels & support analysts/executives with implementation.Discussperformance, planning and redeploying of budget with client.Complete proactive analysis of trend and performance data.Update the client and team on performance and key metrics for campaigns.Work closely with Sr. AM to support, train and develop account executives.Scoping, pitching and executing new initiatives (new channels, new tests, new tech etc).Experience required to succeed in this role2+ years digital media experience across Paid Search, Paid Social and/or Programmatic Display/Video.Understanding of core digital channels and campaigns.Understanding of how these channels fit into the overall marketing mix.Experience using some or all of: Google Ads, SA360, GA4, Adobe Analytics, DV360, CM360, Meta Business Manager, The Trade Desk.Experience working in a media agency environment.Analytical with the ability to interpret data and communicate to team and clients.Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skillsWant to work for the fastest growing performance marketing agency in the UK?
