he Digital Planning Account Director position will be responsible for leading transformative digital campaigns for iconic brands like Clarins and Rail Delivery Group. Drive digital strategy integration across channels, optimise targeting with data insights, and collaborate closely with our activation teams. This role is well suited to someone who can bring their expertise in digital media planning and client management to shape the planning of digital media innovation for our clients.

Clarins & MyBlend: Dive into the captivating world of renowned skincare giant, Clarins, and its luxurious sister brand, MyBlend. Lead dynamic campaigns for a diverse range of products, from women's skincare to nutri-cosmetics, shaping the beauty regimes of trendsetters worldwide.Rail Delivery Group (RDG): Take on the exciting challenge of revitalising rail travel with RDG, entrusted by the Department for Transport to inspire the British public. Craft innovative campaigns leveraging influencers and cutting-edge platforms to reconnect communities and showcase the joys of rail journeys.Key Responsibilities:Seamlessly integrate digital strategies across all channels, fostering collaboration among teams.Utilise digital insights to optimise audience-centric planning and enhance targeting effectiveness.Ensure comprehensive consideration of digital touchpoints, driving holistic campaign responses.Identify cross-channel synergies and spearhead test-and-learn initiatives to maximise campaign impact.Collaborate closely with activation teams to deliver exceptional day-to-day output and client communication.Communicate campaign KPIs, business outcomes, and pricing commitments, fostering client alignment.Stay informed on emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions for enhanced media effectiveness.QualificationsExpertise in digital channels including display, video, social, digital OOH, and performance marketing.Extensive media planning experience, capable of orchestrating digital plans across multiple clients.Proficient in driving revenue growth and advising on strategic opportunities.Well-versed in new technologies, with a knack for recommending impactful solutions.Previous experience at Account Director level or equivalent in a media agency.Additional InformationPublicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.If you have any adjustment needs arising from a disability or medical condition to fully participate in the recruitment process, please discuss this with the recruiter who contacts you. #LI-Hybrid
