An exciting and growing Global Digital Marketing Agency are looking to bring in a Digital Account Director to join their talented team of digital professionals, a great opportunity to join a fast-growing agency with a global presence and an impressive roster of multinational enterprise clients.
The role is fully remote and home based, they have offices in the US, London, Europe and Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most recognised Fashion brands in the world, where you will play a pivotal role in driving account performance. You will need to build a solid understanding of the client’s business and their priorities, then proactively promote them through creative delivery and commercial awareness.
The Role:
· Act as the agency's main point of contact for a leading global fashion account, streamlining internal and external client communication throughout the campaign/project management process
· Oversee and track all revenue and gross profit associated with your account(s), approx. £4 - 8M in gross revenue per year
· Be a leader for the Account Team, demonstrating leadership abilities by managing and mentoring supporting staff
· Demonstrates a growth mindset by identifying new opportunities within existing business and new work streams that can tap into the offering of services
· Regularly identifies areas and proposes solutions for streamlining efficiencies in regards to processes between project teams, departments, etc.
· Oversees all client invoicing and invoice tracking for assigned projects and client teams
· Playing a key role in recruitment, developing talent and managing bandwidth with your direct reports.
You:
· 6+ years of experience in Account Leadership with a history of delivering marketing, advertising, and digital campaigns
· Experience of working with leading Fashion Clients & B2C
· Proven track record of client leadership and account growth
· Experience with management and oversight of complex client budgets
· Confidence in verbal and written communication with excellent presentation skills
· Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and ability to work under tight deadlines
