As a Strategic Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior management and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making and continuous improvement within our organisation. Your insights will help Direct Heating Spares (DHS) make well-informed decisions, driving efficiency and success.

Data Analysis: You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive and accurate data analysis.
Data Architecture and Interface: Collaborate with DHS team to ensure seamless integration of data into Highbourne Group.
KPI Improvement: Work closely with the business teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analysis to improve performance against these metrics. Your contributions will directly impact the achievement of business goals and enhance overall performance.
User-friendly Dashboards and Reports: Utilise requirement gathering techniques to develop intuitive and user-friendly dashboards, reports, and data analytics tools that support. Your commentary and insights will add clarity to the data and help the business better understand the implications.
Report and Data Request Process: Implement and communicate a streamlined process for handling report and data requests. Additionally, create a central storage and self-serve support hub to gather feedback and ensure the service meets the needs of our stakeholders.
Predictive Analytics and Continuous Improvement: Develop predictive analytics models to forecast trends and identify potential opportunities for business improvement. Continuously search for and test new solutions and technologies that can enhance our data analysis capabilities.

Previous experience with working with large data sets
Clear communication and able to work with various stakeholders
Computer literate and able to use Excel / Google Sheets
Good knowledge of ERP Solutions
