DevOps Engineer
Our client, a global technology provider, requires an additional person to join their DevOps team. You will be responsible for delivering automation across software deployment, with a focus on continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Key elements of the role include: Implementation of automation technologies Maintenance and development of Automation / Deployment tooling Maintaining SLAs and delivering improvements to customer satisfaction Mentoring junior team members The successful candidate will likely have most of the following skills and experience: Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, LXC) Configuration Management tools (ideally Chef) Source Repository Management (GIT, SVN, Bitbucket) Coding experience (Java, C++, PHP, Node JS) useful The above technology list is not exhaustive and candidates with a broad range of relevant technologies will be considered.
