Development Underwriter (East Anglia)

Your new company
One of the largest MGA's in the UK, based in the heart of the City that specialises in SME to mid-market Property & Casualty business. They have fantastic relationships with their panel of brokers and put their clients at the centre of their Underwriting strategy.
Due to growth and recent company restructuring, they are now looking to add an Underwriter to their East Anglia division on a fully remote basis.

Your new role
As an Underwriter, you will be responsible for writing new business within the Commercial / Property book, adding to an already strong pipeline. They have committed brokers in the region and are looking for an individual to come in and add value to the proposition.
Predominately a remote role, you will occasionally be asked to visit the office, but 90% remote based.
What you'll need to succeed
3+ Years experience underwriting Commercial / Property business
Enjoy taking on responsibility / entrepreneurial mindset
Prior broker relationships preferred but not essential.
