Development Surveyor

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Development Surveyor to work for an arms length management organisation of a council. The Council has received a significant amount of levelling up funding to help transform the existing housing stock and improve the lives of residents.
The chosen candidate will be RICS qualified and have a passion for area-wide regeneration, with a track record of leading acquisition programs for redevelopment projects. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the betterment of communities
�400 per day outside IR35
North West England
