Development, Regional Director / Associate
Join a fast-growing established SME specialising in development and regeneration, with the potential to buy in. Birmingham, West Midlands.
I'd love to hear from you if you're a Chartered Surveyor interested in joining an established and successful fast-growing SME. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the existing Birmingham office, play a vital role in the company's continued growth, and potentially buy into the business.
You will enjoy working with clients across the public and private sectors, covering both commercial and residential developments. You will aim to provide best-in-class services in valuation, development appraisal and financial modelling, funding business case development, viability studies, acquisition and disposal, masterplanning, and property market analysis.
The company takes a refreshing approach to business development and people management. A genuine team mentality and high quality of service are at the core of its activities, leading to better-than-average results. Management operates transparently, providing regular financial updates to all staff on company performance.
The business proudly operates with zero debt, providing all staff with a more relaxed culture and higher job security. Each office has its regional focus, but business development and service delivery are collective responsibilities shared across the whole business, ensuring pressure is not disproportionately placed on a few individuals.
There is an opportunity to develop your skills and market profile through exposure to exciting projects. Although the company boasts consistent year-on-year growth, it hasn't come at the cost of its core values: integrity and ethical practice, which underpin the whole company.
To make the most of this opportunity, you must be a natural self-starter and believe in continued professional development to stay at the forefront of industry legislation, policy, and best practices. Although this is a senior-level role, applications are welcome from individuals across the hierarchy, as internal support is provided.
