Development Project Manager - UK Investor / Developer
Commercial, Retail and Mixed Use Sectors
£45,000-£55,000 + bonus + benefits, London
This leading UK development business are at the forefront of delivering large scale, mixed use schemes in London. Backed by institutional funds, they have a secured pipeline of live projects consisting of both major cut and carve and new build with contract values ranging £50-300m.
Reporting into a director and as part of their small but highly experienced team, you will be exposed to all projects stages with a focus on post planning and delivery stages whilst managing the external consultant and contractor teams.
About you:
You will ideally be a project / construction professional with 2-4 years experience gained within a consultancy, client or contractor working on large scale refurbishment and/or new build in the private sector.
Additional attributes:
Degree qualified in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction or Design related subject
Professionally qualified preferable but not essential
2-4 years’ experience delivering new build and/or refurbishment projects
Experience within the commercial, retail or mixed use sectors is advantageous
Experience in projects at post planning and delivery stages
Ability to work well within a team involved with full project lifecycle
Experience of consultant and contractor team management under JCT contract
