Development Project Manager - BTR

Job DescriptionI am currently looking for a Development Project Manager to join one of the UK’s leading BTR Developer and Operators. With a lot of cash ready to deploy, they are incredibly busy and have a number of projects in their pipeline.The business is involved in both direct developments and also forward fund opportunities, and this role would see you act across both styles of projects across the full lifecycle of projects. As such, the successful applicant will need to have experience in project management, ideally with exposure to the full lifecycle as well as working in the living sector. The Development Project Manager role includes:Assisting in the due diligence process for new potential acquisitionsAssisting with, and take the lead, on the project management of live construction projects all the way through to completionAppointing and managing full design teamWorking with the wider team to implement and achieve Net ZeroManaging on site construction teamsManaging Capital Expenditure projects from inception through to completionThe Development Project Manager will:Have circa 5 years’ experience in Real Estate Development (Ideally PM Background)MRICS or equivalent experienceBe highly organised and able to work off their own initiativeBe able to build strong professional relationships with external teams – Contractors, Agents, Consultants etc.Salary and Package£60,000 - £70,000Very good bonusFor more information or to apply to this role, please apply to the role and upload your CV.
