Providing the impetus to development projects that are just beginning, stalled or in need of fresh thinking to ignite or reignite plans and realise ambitions.

Description

This is cracking business that has been running for 20 years in the development space, with a team of 12 across the development and PM team they are a small bit mighty operation ! This appointment is firmly with both on the future looking to appointment a senior / director level development manager to work with the current directors to move into the top role.

Typical projects are currently in the city centre regeneration / resi ( apartments ) / mixed use development sectors.

They are open if you have expertise and contacts in other sectors to open up that project list further.

Profile

This would suit someone with an ?

Entrepreneurial mind which can be either from an existing business or who has maybe run something before.

A background in the current project sectors would be an advantage but not essential.

Location can be flexible, ideally based in the midlands but again not essential.

Well networked, can they bring clients & projects with them.

Wants to be involved in a business as well as projects.
