Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 plus bonus plus package Location: London Region: LondonCentral London based Developer need a experienced and driven individual for their mix of Developments spanning the City.The company has been established over a decade and and delivered an impressive portfolio of large residential led mixed use developments throughout London.The company is offering an opportunity to work from initial stages on schemes that consist of major conversions and brownfield sites creatingcommunities within the M25.The ideal candidate will be from a PM or Investment Developing background currently deliving major residential led schemes throughout London.The role will be to control developments following acuisition, ensuring they follow correct planning processes, keeping designsin check and ensuring all elements of the scheme are progressing.
