Development Chemist

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Chemist to join an excellent manufacturer in the Bridgwater area.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Formulation and improvement of existing products.
• Prepare written laboratory reports and comparative product evaluations.
• Samples and associated documentation preparation for customer evaluation and approval.
• Evaluation and approval of new and alternative raw material and packaging specifications.
• Performance and reporting of pack stability trials.
• Back-up in Quality support

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry.
• Ability to liaise with various personalities.
• Highly computer literate, with a strong working knowledge of MS Office.
• Willing to make occasional travel to European HQ.
• A confident team member.
