The products you will be building will be data heavy and have an element of complex mathematics to them, so a minimum of a MSc in a maths, data science, economics or physics degree will be required. This will be coupled with experience of building software tools / applications before, ideally in python
This is an important position that will grow quickly from a UK, to Europe to a global coverage, so the progression is there. The importance of this role will also see you facing off to many business leaders of business lines or country heads, acting almost like an internal consultant, so strong communication, stakeholder management ability is key
