OverviewOur client is seeking to hire a C# Developer to join their team. The primary responsibility is to build a new data platform that was previously supplied by a third party. This platform aims to provide a single source of data using Azure, C#, and SAP technologies.Role DetailsPosition: C# DeveloperLocation: Swindon (with ad-hoc monthly visits to the office)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annumResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following:Creating High-Quality RESTful APIs and Web Applications:Develop APIs and web applications that meet business standards and requirements.Leverage Azure functions and Azure API Management (APIM) for API development.CI/CD Implementation:Drive and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software delivery.Utilize Git for version control.Technology Stack:.NET CoreandC#: Strong knowledge and experience.Azure Cloud Services: Familiarity with Azure functions, APIM, and Azure Data Factory.Development Practices:Test-Driven Development (TDD): Experience with writing unit tests.Behavior-Driven Development (BDD): Understanding of BDD principles.OAuth and Swagger: Knowledge of OAuth for securing APIs and Swagger for documentation.Desirable Experience:Previous experience leading a project.Supporting and mentoring fellow developers.Benefits25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and option to buy/ sell Flexible hours and remote working
