IT Support
Tech Bar / Walk Up Service / IT Bar
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the point of contact on the tech bar support team.
Responsibilities
Provide quick-fix support by working on a tech bar/ genius bar to troubleshoot issues with traders.
Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
Communicate effectively with traders, senior stakeholders and vendors
Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware
Qualifications
2+ years' of technical support experience
Must have IT Support experience working on a tech bar where you are approached with technical issues that need troubleshooting.
Strong background within financial services
