Connect Appointments have an opportunity for a Desk Clerk/Administrator to join our Livingston based client.

What's on offer? Day shift (6am to 2pm) OR back shift (2pm to 10pm) - paid weekly at £12 per hour.

Working as a Desk Clerk/Administrator your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Compiling reports
  • Managing diaries for team members
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
  • Other general admin duties as required

Successful applicants will ideally have previous administration experience. Combined with being detail oriented; have strong attention to detail and organisational skills; great attention to detail both written and verbal.
