Here at Impact Recruitment, we are hiring an experienced Designer for one of our clients based in Northamptonshire. They are looking for a creative individual who can bring to life design proposals and briefs. This role is working closely with the sales team and experience using 3D AutoCAD is required.

Salary: �25,000 - �35,000

Location: Northamptonshire

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD software, incorporating client requirements and project specifications.
• Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to understand client needs and project objectives.
• Develop concept sketches and renderings to present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure all project requirements are met.
• Work closely with architects, landscape architects, and engineers to integrate designs into overall site plans and construction documents.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate implementation of design plans during fabrication and installation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related Design field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with demonstrated experience in 2D and 3D design.
• Strong creative and conceptual design skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling presentations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented approach to design, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
