* Designer position dealing with various roofing and cladding refurbishment projects
* Ensure all construction drawings and designs are produced on time to a high standard
* Review client specifications, surveys and manufacturers design information to produce designs
* Managing the development and implementation of design proposals and ensure they meet the clients expectations
* Scheduling of required materials to an agreed programme for buying
* Liaise with Site Managers and suppliers to ensure the best design solution is completed
* Ensuring information is passed between departments so designs have the technical back up required
* Working on projects ranging in value from £75k to £1mThe ideal applicant will be Designer - Roofing & Cladding Systems with:
* Must have design experience within the roofing, cladding and facade market sector
* Sound knowledge of building regulations and building standards
* Strong 2D AutoCAD experience
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* High levels of organisation and attention to detail
