We're looking for a Designate General Manager to support the teams across London
Salary £36,000 per annum, plus tips - OTE £40,000

What you'll be doing as a Designate General Manager:
Getting the best out of your team and inspiring them to develop their own careers
Growing the business, driving sales, and making connections with the local community
Coaching and mentoring team members and managers
Taking responsibility for sales, marketing, profit, and customer experience targets
Day to day administration such as sales planning, scheduling, ordering, cellar management, and stock control
Running shifts, ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members
Proactively managing and promoting events.
Ensuring product and service standards
Resolving customer and staff questions, queries, and issues
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards and ensuring all alcohol licensing requirements are observed
