Edge Careers is�recruiting for a Design Technician to work with the Technical Team of a new-build residential developer in the North Midlands.
As a Design Technician you will be required to manage individual developments and undertake the following duties:
Produce working drawings

Formulating planning application details, and drawings and co-ordinating the supporting information

Co-ordinate Engineering details & liaison with the LA

Liaise with local authority, Building Control, and NHBC

Managing the flow of information for internal colleagues and external consultants
