We are working with a leading timber frame design and construction company, who specialise in the design, manufacture and delivery of sustainable and energy-efficient buildings. Now seeking a Design Project Manager to take on the management of a team of outsourced Designers and to take a design and technical lead in successful project delivery.
This is largely an office-based role to ensure you remain in close contact with the design team and other colleagues involved in the projects, but can be flexible to allow for 1-2 days working from home to encourage a flexible working environment.
As Design Project Manager you will be managing the activities and output of a small team of outsourced Designers, acting as Technical Lead for a range of bespoke building projects. Typical projects would include commercial and £multi-million bespoke residential, with high-spec offsite construction systems (including SIPS, glulam, timber frame etc).
