Design Manager

Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established principle contractor who are seeking a Design Manager. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between �25Mil - �150+

As the Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process on a Residential, RC Frame new build project, valued at over �100m.�

Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful �40m+ new build projects.

It is essential that you have strong contractor/developer experience. You will also need a keen eye for detail and be strong on the process side of Design Management.
