A rare opening for a Design Manager to join an established regional contractor in Hertfordshire who operate in the Education, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Science sectors.
They are small enough to be friendly and personable and large enough to offer you structure and progression
They work on general contracting schemes up to around £20m

Benefits:
Salary up to £70,000 plus the below benefits
Car allowance of £6,000.
Fuel card that covers all fuel but you pay back for personal miles.
Annual holiday allowance of 25 days (5 of these are pre-reserved for Christmas shut down). An additional days holiday is awarded after 5, 7 & 10 years service up to a maximum of 28 days.
