Design Manager

This leading developer have an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to work on a recladding residential scheme in Warrington on a temp to perm contract.
Our client is working on a �50M re cladding scheme within Warrington and they need a capable Design Manager, assisting the project with a team of Design Managers currently working on the project reporting into a Principal Design Manager.
For this role you will have been involved with a number of commercial projects, for either tier 1 developers or main contractors. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor.
To apply for this position, you must have experience looking after packages and have also worked as a surveyor, for the past 10 years.
