The Company:

You will be working for a main contractor based in West Sussex, operating locally to the area. They specialise in commercial, retail and residential projects. This contractor prides themselves on their strong cultures and teamwork ethos. Being a smaller contractor, they can instil this close culture throughout the business.

The role -

In this role you will be expected to carry out standard Design Manager duties. Such as creating briefs for each of the projects you will be working on, making sure you are consistent with the company needs. These designs need to make sure the meet the standards and requirements for the company. You will be expected to manage the budgets and the completion time of the project within the design. You will also have to be diligent in checking projects for consistency with the designs and their quality.
