Design Manager

Long term freelance opportunity for a Design Manager in East London paying a competitive day rate.
A Design Manager opportunity to work with a well known main contractor on a large new build residential scheme.
Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting an up and coming brand in their search for a Design Manager to join their Team. This is an opportunity to be office and site based in East London for a minimum of 6 months. As Design Manager, you will benefit from working with the existing design team and have full support from a Design Lead.
Our client works on large schemes usually �100M+. For this role you must have recent residential new build experience, have run packages and managed part of a design process previously with either a main contractor or developer.
For this role, our client Is looking to pay a competitive day rate with a guarantee 6 months plus contract of work.
