Job Title: Design Lead/Solution Architect - Frequent travel to Brussels

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Lead/Solution Architect with expertise in end-to-end processes, specifically in Manufacturing Operations and Finance. As the Design Lead/Solution Architect, you will be responsible for managing a team of Lead consultants and Business Process Owners, overseeing the design and implementation of solutions to optimize manufacturing operations and financial processes. Your role will involve planning, executing, and moderating design workshops, leveraging your deep process expertise in Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for manufacturing operations and finance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
• Manage a team of Lead consultants and Business Process Owners, providing guidance and support throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Facilitate design workshops, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and address challenges.
• Utilize your expertise in Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain Management to develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Leverage S/4 HANA experience to design and implement scalable solutions that meet the organization's evolving needs.
• Drive large-scale business transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
• Demonstrate strong client-facing skills, effectively communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions.
• Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-to-end process design, particularly in Manufacturing Operations and Finance.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of consultants and Business Process Owners, fostering collaboration and driving results.
• Experience in planning, executing, and moderating design workshops, with a focus on gathering requirements and defining solutions.
• Deep expertise in Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain Management processes, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in S/4 HANA and other relevant technologies, with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale business transformation initiatives, from conceptualization to execution.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
