Job Title: Graduate R&D Engineer
Location: Kings Lynn
Salary: £25,00-£40,000 (depending on experience)

Role Responsibilities:
Research, design and development of new designs, processes, tooling, jigs and assembly
Maintenance and documented change of designs and drawings of products, processes, software and hardware
Adhere to engineering design change request process
Research and Development testing of products and processes
Maintenance and calibration of gauge and measuring equipment and of other special equipment
Maintenance and calibration of weight counting equipment
Product testing, measuring and inspection
Skills:
be proficient in Solidworks and Microsoft office package
have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
be precise in the use of measuring using micrometres, digital callipers, etc
have a good understanding of milling and turning
have practical skills - able to use tools, etc
An understanding of the injection moulding process would be preferable and a benefit
Experience:
Experience of using CAD systems (Solidworks experience useful)
Design / Mechanical Engineering
Good maths

Analytical mind
Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
3-5 years' workplace experience
Salary & Benefits:
£25,000 to 40,000 (depending on experience)
Shift Pattern:
7:55am to 4:25pm Monday to Thursday
7:55am to 3:25pm Friday
12:45-1:15 Lunch
