About the role

As a Design Director, your role is pivotal in ensuring the quality of strategic design thinking within your team. You'll collaborate closely with Creative Directors to challenge and enhance creative briefs, providing clear and inspirational direction for the team. Your creativity and leadership will contribute to the growth of our business through the development of long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include presenting creative work to clients with conviction, championing high creative standards, and collaborating with Client Directors to establish project budgets and timescales.
