Job DescriptionOur client is a global integrated energy company who are going through some hugely exciting mission driven design led change, with the aim of harnessing Human Experience Design to re-imagine energy for our planet with the goal of becoming Net Zero emissions by 2050.They are looking for an experienced Design Director with a passion for creating people-centric digital products, to join their growing team and help them integrate design across a large product group.You will...Work closely with product and technology leaders, bringing the right skills and capabilities to their digital discovery and delivery squads.Mentor design practitioners and integrator's, teaching them best practices and ensuring quality standards.Be a leader who can influence and inspire others, giving clear objectives and empowering designers and squads to deliver customer and business outcomes.Care about developing and cultivating the careers of designers, embedding processes, ways of working and standards for design.Be a multi-disciplined design leader who can collaborate with stakeholders and integrate design across digital and cross-functional teams.This position will require extensive B2B design experience.
