Working in the residential, hotel, maritime, and bespoke joinery sectors, our client has various exciting projects coming up.

As a Design coordinator, you will be part of a team of talented designers to bring project visions to life. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver projects that redefine industry standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of design in collaboration with a passionate and dynamic team reporting to the Lead Design Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success


• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions


• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design integrity and quality control


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity


• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including design briefs and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Design coordinator or similar role


• Experience with similar scale company and projects


• Strong teamwork and communication skills


• Proficiency in design software and all relevant IT


• Excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
