Our client is a well established Cheshire based contractor looking to expand their team with a Construction Design Coordinator. Working on a high rise concrete frame building, the Design Coordinator will be under the supervision of the project Design Manager.
The ideal Design Coordinator
Ability to use Viewpoint or have experience with similar document management systems
Technically biased
Experience of multi-storey residential
This would be a good project for someone to learn the Building Safety Act requirements and develop their own skills and experience.
The role may also suit an experienced document controller wishing to move into design coordination.
