Design Coordinator

Design Co-Ordinator - Hornchurch (remote/site based)�- Up to �60K

Our client is a leading Main Contractor that is experiencing a period of growth within their London office.� Due to this growth, a Design Coordinator with drive and ambition is required to join its award winning Design Team.

Our client is a well renowned main contractor with a successful track record of delivering a wide variety of projects including commercial, residential, education, leisure and industrial projects across the UK.

Experience/Background: -

• High end Resi or fit out / hospitality experience


• Experience with Residential Facilities (Spa, Gym, Concierge)


• Ability to work autonomously


• Well presented, articulate and ability to liaise with client and partners


• Good technical understanding of latest UK regulations


• 4-6 years experience


• Design management or Architectural background


• Organised and proficient in document controlling software (Procore, Asite, 4 Projects etc)


• Track record of starting and finishing projects inc handover experience

They are currently seeking an individual who has experience working for a main contractor, developer or someone who has been working in a consultancy environment that is keen make a move into design management.
