Role: Design Coordinator
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Rate: £50 - £55p/h Outside IR35/LTD Company
Duration: 18 Months+

Your Role:
As a Design Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in driving project success by coordinating design outputs within a multi-disciplinary team. From resourcing to technical oversight, you'll ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with company procedures and client specifications. Your responsibilities will include:
·Resource Management: Align resources with project requirements and track design expenditure against cost allowances.
·Design Oversight: Monitor and track design outputs against deliverables, implementing remedial actions as needed.
·Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand project requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
·Technical Governance: Uphold technical standards and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including CDM 2015.
·Team Coordination: Coordinate design engineers across all disciplines, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Experience/Qualifications We're Looking For:
·Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise with at least 10 years of design experience in the water/wastewater sector.
·Project Management Skills: Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering multiple small projects or single larger projects.
·Technical Proficiency: Industry-applicable ONC/HNC/B Eng or NVQ Equivalent, with preference given to Chartered Engineers or those working towards chartership.
·CDM Knowledge: Familiarity with CDM 2015 regulations, including the administration of Principal Designer duties.
