Derivatives / Structured Finance / DCM - Associate, London - 1 – 5 years’ pqe
England & Wales or Common Law Qualified
Our client has a global client base, advising financial institutions, including leading investment banks, insurance companies, asset and investment managers, and institutional and corporate clients, including trustees and pension schemes.
You would advise on a range of transactional work including securitised derivatives and structured products, OTC derivatives, repos, stock lending, strategic equity financings and a range of debt capital markets transactions.
They are seeking a commercial
derivatives, structured finance and/or debt capital markets lawyer
for their London office. This person should be excited at the prospect of broadening their remit and learning new areas.
