Job Description: Deputy Team Manager - Serious Injury Location: Liverpool Salary: £50,000-£55,000 Are you a skilled legal professional looking to take the next step in your career? Join adynamic team as a Deputy Team Manager for Serious Injury cases. Here's what you'll be doing: ? Assisting the SI Head of Department and/or SI Manager in managing the SI team on a day-to-day basis.
? Overseeing caseloads and ensuring team members meet business objectives and financial targets.
? Conducting regular one-on-one meetings and quarterly reviews to provide guidance and support.
? Collaborating with the Head of Department to ensure due diligence and compliance standards are met.
? Providing technical guidance on quantum, liability, and litigation matters to ensure team efficiency.
