Key responsibilities:
Must be able to drive to our customers' store locations as required. This enables Morplan to better understand their requirements whilst in their store.
To support the Store Manager in the effective management and day-to-day operation of the retail store, managing staff and leading with a hands-on style and deputising during the Store Managers absence
To maximise sales opportunities over the phone, in store and visiting new business.
To build relationships with all areas of the business.
To analyse the monthly hierarchy report with the store manager and take actions to improve store sales.
To be able to use our lead forensics report to identify new customer leads and use them to drive sales for the store.
To use sales VI to geographically identity areas in the local market where we can drive sales.
To ensure that effective security is maintained at all times in all areas
To assist the Store Manager in the maintenance of stock levels, liaising with the Purchasing department in Head office whenever necessary
To lead, support and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
No weekends !!!
Hours are 8 am - 5.00 pm Monday-Friday, with every other Tuesday 10.30 am 7.00 pm in retail peak(October-December). We work a 37.5 hour working week within these hours.
