Managing operational functions and developing your team to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with company procedures.Your character and skills will include:Exemplary sales and customer service skillsAbility to build great relationships with internal teams and customersDemonstrate drive to achieve/exceed all set targetsStrong commercial acumenKnowledge and understanding of luxury retailGood organisation and administration skillsProblem solving skills – customer resolutionAbility to work under pressureExperience in training and mentoring staffHigh standard of personal presentationA keen visual merchandiser with a critical eyeMAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT TO BE CONFINED TO:Sales and Service Generation:Achieve sales goals by forward planning and maximising opportunitiesSet and monitor store targets daily and weekly in agreement with ManagerCommercially driven to achieve all KPI & sales targetsReact promptly and efficiently to changing patterns of footfall for optimum tradeEnsure company loss prevention procedures are adhered toDevelop strong customer relationships and loyaltyLiaise effectively with Centre ManagementRegularly review and feedback competitor activityStaff Management:Assist the Manager in the development of sales team ensuring all company procedures are adhered toAssist Manager in the development of Team MembersSupport Manager with Company training programmes to include effective use of ‘customer service toolkit’, selling skills, product knowledge etcSupervise and motivate team to meet goals, supporting short and long term team incentivesAssist Manager with all related administration including staff rotas, staff holidays, sickness records etcVisual Merchandising/Store Standards:Ensure store presentation & standards meet company requirements including full routine maintenanceMaintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the storeEnsure visual merchandising in line with VM manual & set weekly guidelines to include daily Floor Walk Checklist with teamMonitor compliance of company dress codeApply critical observation and give recommendation for VM improvementOperations:Responsible for accurately and timely completion of all store paperworkFacilitate accurate deliveries including identification of any discrepancies etcAssist Manager with managing store rotas within budget including holiday cover etcAssist Manager with company stock take Accurate and efficient ongoing stock managementEffectively oversee customer queries/complaints relating to any exchanges, credits or refundsMaintain all store safety standards and all assessments relating to health & safety
