Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your storeTarget-driven approach to KPIsManage, motivate, and develop the store teamMaintain excellent shop floor presentationEnsure adequate stock levels are always maintainedConsistently deliver excellent customer serviceWhat you'll need
To have completed your A Levels or equivalentMinimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environmentFull driving licenceA passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe flexibility to work varying shift patternsWhat you'll receive
