Deputy Shop Manager

Do you have previous retail experience and a creative eye for visual merchandising?
As Deputy Shop Manager, you will deputise forthe Shop Manager by taking overall responsibility for managing all shop activities in this highly successful shop. including stock management, cash handling, merchandising and customer service.
Fully supported by our Retail team, leading and managing colleagues and volunteers will be integral to your day to day. Stamina and a good sense of humour are paramount, together with a creative eye, excellent display skills and innovative ideas to boost shop takings. Basic administration and PC skills are essential.
Currently trading Monday to Saturday and selling a mixed offering of clothing and housewares, the shop would ideally suit someone with previous charity retail / retail experience, however we are happy to consider candidates from any background with management experience gained within a customer facing organisation.
