We’re looking for a Deputy Retail Manager to manage a team to providing great service to our customers.

• Manage the retail assistants and chef
• Manage time and attendance
• Focus on customer care
• Overseeing the daily operations of the retail operations
• Standing in for the retails manager
• Handling Cash
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• Management experience in retail or hospitality sector
• IT Skills (Excel)
• Health and Safety and Food Safety (Preferred)
