Deputy Practice Manager

PHL Group are looking for a Deputy Practice Manager to join the team!
Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity to support a small team in the administration and daily running of one of PHL Groups well established services? The Special Allocation Scheme (SAS) is a primary care service dedicated to providing tailored patient care to a cohort of patients, who can no longer access healthcare via their local practice, often due to challenging behaviour.
As the Deputy Practice Manager, you will have an empathetic and professional persona, with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. You will be an integral part of the service by assisting the team in delivering exceptional primary care.
About the role:
In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to all staff during the day-to-day delivery of the SAS service, overseeing national and local contracts and liaising with multi-disciplinary individuals and teams to ensure targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
To oversee and manage the SAS and Extended Access Services in the absence of the Contract Manager
Collate and provide data for stakeholders and Contract Manager for all services
