Job Title: Deputy Practice ManagerDepartment: Primary CareHours of work: Full Time 37.5 hoursReporting to: Practice Manager Location: GP Practice, Boston We are looking for an experienced, proactive and enthusiastic Deputy Practice Manager to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.The Deputy Practice Manager is an important part of the senior practice management team, responsible for supporting the Practice Manager in managing and co-ordinating all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and financial performance, to ensure the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.You will be delegated with the responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the surgery, ensuring the effective processing of all administrative work and appropriate liaison with the reception and administration team while leading the attainment of Local and National KPI’s.This is a great opportunity for some one that really wants to have an impact on people's lives, to join a supportive and patient committed team..You will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff.
