Job summaryAre you an experienced NHS Payroll and Pensions professional?The ESNEFT payroll team are looking for a experienced, enthusiastic payroll professional to step into the Deputy Payroll Manager role.Spanning ESNEFTs two acute sites, community sites and community services, this role will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely remuneration and pensions advice for our dedicated staff.Our commitment to excellence extends beyond patient care and encompasses all of our valued employees. As our Deputy Payroll Manager, you will be an integral part of the team that supports the backbone of our organisation.Main duties of the jobIn this role you will lead a team of skilled payroll professionals, overseeing the accurate and efficient processing of payroll and pensions for our employees, whilst influencing positive change. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our reputation for reliable and timely remuneration services and accurate pension processing and filing.You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the outsourced provider.
