Deputy Outpatient Manager / National Private Hospital Group

We are recruiting for a Deputy Outpatient Manager to join a National Private Hospital Group in their Hospital in Oxford. The Hospital cover a broad range of surgical specialties including Paediatrics, Oncology, Interventional Cardiology & Radiology, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Gynaecology, Urology, Ophthalmology, Women & Men's health.
Deputy Outpatient Manager Duties:
Support the Manager in the efficient running of the unit
Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care
Work well with consultants who are experts in their field
your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery
Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety
Ideal Candidate:
Registered Nurse / NMC Pin (no restrictions on practice)
Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
Experience in care of patients pre and post operatively
Cardiac, Colorectal, Orthopaedic, ENT, Gynae and Urology experience.
Previous Senior Outpatient Nurse experience.
