Deputy Nursery Manager - Position Overview

Your role and responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Nursery Manager in overseeing the monitoring, assessment, and development of the nursery setting


• Promoting a safe, caring, stimulating environment


• Supporting and promoting equality and diversity throughout all areas of practice


• Promoting and ensuring the provision of outstanding childcare


• Assisting with training and appraisals

What you will need:

• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations


• Confidence in leading and supporting practitioners


• An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational and skills
