We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager for a independent childrens day nursery in Nuneaton, Warwickshire,.
This is an opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager looking to take the next step in their career, in a role providing ongoing support, development, and progression opportunities, a starting salary of £30.000.00 per annum (negotiable), plus benefits.
Position Overview
Your role:
Working alongside the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery
Promoting and ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment
Supervising and supporting and staff development
Assisting with training and appraisals
What you will need:
Minimum level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification
Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations
Confidence in leading and supporting a team
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational and skills
